Practice Model:  Each participant will need to bring ONE model to inject with both neurotoxins AND dermal fillers. Instructions and arrival times will be provided upon confirmation of registration.

Patient Charts: Please bring any existing patient charts for your model. Electronic templates will also be provided upon confirmation. Paper copies will be available in the back of your manual at the training.

Anesthetic Medication: Participants must bring a topical anesthetic BLT cream (Benzocaine 20%, Lidocaine 6%, Tetracaine 4%) from a compounding pharmacy.

1. EXPERIENCE: No prior experience injecting neurotoxins or dermal fillers is required
2. PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS: Registration is open to any fully licensed clinician who legally permitted to inject neurotoxins and dermal fillers in their state of licensure (typically MD, NP, PA, RN, or those with similar degrees). In states where scope of practice allows for administration of injectables by licensed health proffessionals with less than an RN degree, that person may attend the training only if accompanied by their Medical Director.
3. NO AUDITORS PERMITTED: We DO NOT allow observers/auditors to attend the course with you (including office staff, assistants, etc.). Additionally, models may NOT sit through the lecture.
4. CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellations must be received in writing no later than 14 days prior to a course date to be eligible for a refund.
